Station House is a new-build student accommodation development situated opposite Leamington Spa railway station. We worked with our client to create a dedicated internal study and social space and a rooftop terrace within the existing internal courtyard. The architecture of the new building brings a visual accent to a repetitive pattern of courtyard facades of the student's accommodation and acts as a focal point for the whole space. The new space provides communal study areas for the occupants of the adjacent campus accommodation.
