The brief for this project was to design a new, modern dwelling with a separate garage that is in keeping with the Georgian style architecture of the neighbouring houses but with a modern twist to the rear of the property, which faces the home’s private garden. The rear of the property features a double height glazed curtain wall allowing for a more visual connection between the indoor spaces and the green, outdoor spaces; something considered an essential part of modern living.
