This one-off new build 4 bedroom bungalow in Warwickshire was ingeniously positioned on a plot within the existing neighbourhood which brought a lot of limitations to take into consideration during the design process. Maximizing the external areas, this house is not compromising on the internal spaces at all. The internal arrangement of the house gives it it's distinctive appearance from the outside, utilitarian spaces with low ceilings and smaller windows located around the public perimeter of the house, while living spaces with generous glazed walls, high ceilings and skylights to allow for natural light are occupying the private façade facing the garden. Natural light seems to be the main theme of this house.
