LEAMINGTON SPA / Single Storey Contemporary Extension

We have gained planning approval for a zinc-clad, contemporary extension on a terraced property in Leamington Spa. On the rear facing elevation, the zinc cladding is reduced to the bare minimum as the bulk on the new facade is dominated by a generously sized, single pane window helping make the most of the south facing garden. This showcase window not only frames the view out but also floods the interior with natural light. The internal layout has been rearranged and opened up to create a hub for the house. This transformation will give our clients and their expanding family a flexible space suited to modern family living.
