A corner house with its four existing flats has been extensively renovated and extended downwards, upwards and backwards while still maintaining the original look of the main street facade. Two new basement flats have been added as well as two loft apartments. A completely new coach house was erected at the back of the house to add extra flats and help form and cultivate the street facade of the side road. What was originally a four flat town house ended up being more than double in its size but still very much respecting and mimicking the neighbouring architecture in its materials, sizes or morphology.
